Kind people still exist in the world 🌎. Today I had to phone the insurance company for Wrinkles mom, who has been having water problems for a few weeks. At 83 it is not easy for her to learn to use a cell phone and get things done. No family but a few of us around trying to help where we can. Barker insurance were fantastic they listened to the problem and immediately contacted Goldmark Plumbing , the team from Goldmark went through this afternoon and sorted every plumbing problem, sending me photos, videos and keeping me informed through the whole process. They did not stop there, even getting information regarding the security company in the area to do a welfare check on Wrinkles mom. They really went above and beyond. Barker insurance also had a company contact me after I mentioned the glass sliding door does not close. All sorted with companies coming together and helping a vulnerable woman. Thank you to all involved, we salute you for looking after our elderly.

We are making some progress as the team is busy installing cascade clamps to wrap the 1.3 meter diameter pipe. We expect to complete in the next 4-5 hours and will immediately start pressuring the line. Apologies for the inconvenience.
