Debtors and creditors to reconciliation of all building accounts. Making sure that all utility bills are paid in tie (for the building sites and also the owners utilities bills are in order). Summarize all accounts for the

buildings and bank accounts for the owners of the respective buildings. Employees wages

Visiting the building sites and making sure that the sites are kept neat and tidy at all times. Dealing with tenants enquiries

Budgeting of building finances

Drawing up of tenant lease agreements. Installation of pre-paid metres. Rand water / jhn water enquiries. Transferring of old accounts to new accounts (water and electricity)

Ordering and purchasing of building material. Specialized security for all the buildings, which we manage. Purchasing of all the cleaning stuff and rotating of the specialist staff and making sure that their weekly roster reaches each of them on time, before the new week starts.
