💧 Leak located and repaired.
The homeowner reported water coming through the floor tiles, but after investigating, we traced the leak to a faulty HDPE fitting in the service stack. Water was travelling through the brickwork into the ground-floor unit.
The failed fitting was replaced, pressure tested, and the leak was successfully repaired—without unnecessary floor breaking.
