The Health & Safety System we establish will comply with your company’s specific needs, be it the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Construction Regulations the Mine Health & Safety Act, HACCP, ISO regulations or

a completely customized system combining the applicable regulations. SAMREC audits contractors on behalf of the client in order to ensure they comply with the OHS Act's Construction Regulations. Our Clients receive a customised Health and Safety programme which usually includes:
- An initial compliance audit
- A file containing all necessary legal documents
- Assistance with all legal appointments
- A baseline risk assessment
- A monthly inspection by a qualified consultant
- Assistance with accident investigations
- Assistance with WCA (Workmen’s Compensation) claims
- Customised onsite training program
