This has taken quite some time, but perseverance has finally paid off!

What began as a very wonky outdated set of concrete sleeper stairs intermingled with pebbles, was replaced with sturdy deep wide steps.

However, the builder misinterpreted what the client wanted and finally the decision was made to uplift and relay the entire staircase.

The correct depth and spacing is vital when laying stairs, particularly for ease of movement, but also for aesthetics.

Now to get the planting done, and give the stairs a wash!
