⚠️We are hiring⚠️

We are looking for a construction site Foreman.

Requirements:
Qualified Electrician with electrical trade test. (Wireman’s licence will be an advantage)
5 – 10 years’ experience working as an electrician on construction sites.
Ability to read site drawings
Supervisory experience a must
Good communication skills
Trustworthy, loyal and committed to their work
Good at solving problems, ability to take initiative.
Very responsible person with strong drive and ambition to contribute in the business
Good administrative and project management skills
Proficient in Afrikaans and English
Valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
Must be able to travel

Duties and Responsibilities:

Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day planning / electrical installation on construction site
Effective Planning of teams, ensuring use of team’s time is fully productive, complete works in shortest time to ensure project dates are met.
Oversee outstanding work per project
Attend site meetings
On site supervision on various large projects as required – May require you to stay on site out of town until project is complete
Admin and paperwork relating to your position and related duties to be submitted timeously in a neat and accurate manner.

Remuneration
R20 000 to R30 000 negotiable, package to be discussed in interview.
