Chicken curry for two! Not too hot, just enough to sniffle 😉🔥

Made with free range chicken pieces. We have decided going forward to just use legs as the other pieces are too large 😂. Fresh farm chicken from Green Wagon goes a very long way!

A delicious authentic Indian curry paste, roasted with onion and garlic, a splash of white wine, dribble of Val's homemade apricot jam, potatoes, carrots and sweet potato. A dash of cream at the end. 😍
