Convictea Kitchens Manufacturers of quality Kitchens, Built-in Cupboards, Bars, vanities and much more. Pieter Du Bruyn was born with carpentry in his blood.

It started as a hobby in his childhood and established into a respected well known business on the South Coast via word of mouth known today as Convictea Kitchens
In 1994 Pieter (then 19 years old) moved from Johannesburg to the South Coast and worked for a small furniture manufacturing company. He then decided to go on his own and started up in his parent’s garage. By August 1995 the business ha

d expanded and he bought his first manufacturing machines, panel saw and a small edging machine. He employed Petrus Mvuna who assisted him as a labourer and has worked his way up to assisting in the Factory with making sure the factory is running at its best. Convictea Kitchens has its own interior decorating division which is run by Linda Du Bruyn, who is also Pieter’s wife. The Convictea team consists of Linda, who also runs the admin and finance dept, Yvonne Kostlin is the head designer, also assisted by Samantha du Preez who is the second designer and the receptionist - they liaise with the customers designing their dream kitchens, and Convictea’s main fitter, Carl Nolte with his reliable fitting team. All the cutting and assembling of cupboards are done by our inhouse workshop team. Convictea Kitchens does a lot of contract work but also specializes in the needs of individual clients. We can provide the client with three dimensional pictures and specific layouts to suit their needs. Convictea Kitchens has set a high Quality in the industry.
