A final push to get this house completed. An existing house undergoing a complete makeover, with extensive alterations and additions. The completion date was severely affected by the recent floods. It is also set on a very special riverfront site.

An exciting new project loading with the most incredible views!

Slowly but surely getting back to normal after the floods.
A project that is 99% finished on the banks of the Olifants River.
The house is 100% off grid and we achieved the relevant heat control by using "Double Glazed Argon Gas" filled glazing for the shopfronts. Pairing that with 80 mm rigid board insulation means we essentially created a well-sealed thermal envelope, so our energy efficent cooling and heating systems won’t have to work nearly as hard.
