One thing about our CEO: he is risk-tolerant, but never reckless.
There is a difference.
He is willing to take the big betsābut they are calculated, engineered and backed by people who know what they are doing.
Today, that mindset is becoming visible on the ground.
Instead of simply buying a massive chrome washplant, he looked at the incredible engineering talent inside MAB GROUP and said, āWhy donāt we build our own?ā
And that question gave birth to MAB PLANT & ENGINEERING.
What started as a belief in his engineers has become something much bigger. He challenged them to believe in their own capabilities, backed them with resources, gave them the confidence to think beyond what they had been taught, and said: letās design it, engineer it, build it and own it.
Today, that team is almost finished building a massive chrome washplant from the ground upādesigned and developed by MABās own engineers.
And this is only the beginning.
After chrome, the next ambition is to design and construct our own coal washplant.
This is what happens when leadership doesnāt just see employees as people who execute instructions, but sees untapped genius and gives that genius room to build.
The real flex isnāt buying the machine.
The real flex is having the brains to build it.
MAB PLANT & ENGINEERING is comingāand the market is about to see what happens when African engineering talent is given the confidence, resources and opportunity to build for itself.
We didnāt buy the future. We decided to engineer it. šāļøš„
