Some feedback from a client.

I want to take this time to compliment one of your employees – Ms Janine Miller
As I am sure you are aware, renovating a house is always a challenge – to put it politely.
During March / April this year, I did some serious repairs and renovations to my home in Morningside.
During this time period Janine was assigned this “wonderful project” and as all building projects goes, there was complications from day 1.
I had a very limited time period in which to complete an enormous amount of work.
Janine assisted me all the way. She went over and beyond and met my every request (demand ☺)
She was extremely helpful, attentive and very professional at all times.
In a world where poor and bad customer services has become the norm, in my opinion, when a client simply receives any type of service, we tend to be blown off our feet - yet there was nothing remarkable about the service received.
This is why I have taken the time to inform you of Janine’s service levels, that was absolutely phenomenal.
She made my entire renovation project an breeze
This kind of exceptional service is basically unheard (unexperienced) of now a days.
Good service is hard to come by.
Educated, informative, kind and extraordinary service (as received by Janine) is nothing short of a miracle.
A very special and sincere thank you to Janine Miller for making this such a pleasant experience.
