Our routine inspections include

Control Panel & iSMA Module Maintenance ScheduleMonthly InspectionsVisual check. Look for active warning or fault LEDs on the housing.Status confirmation. Monitor the communication network indicator flashes.Temperature scan. Measure the enclosure heat signature using an infrared thermometer.

Semi-Annual TasksTerminal torque. Tighten all green screw terminal block connections.Wire inspection. Examine insulation for signs of overheating or discoloration.Dust removal. Clear the enclosure ventilation slots with clean compressed air.Annual MaintenancePower validation. Measure the 24V AC/DC incoming supply voltage stability.Communication test. Review Modbus or BACnet transmission packet error rates.Calibration check.

Verify analog 0-10V outputs match physical valve positions.Backup verification. Confirm the master controller configuration files are updated.

We concentrate on the small things, terminations, tension, neatness and simplicity to fault find we also do commercial design with ECSA accreditation, green card accredited, may legally sign off PV ,SSEGs and 3-phase, high end automation.

Caravan and commercial ground LV and MV trenching as well as commissioning & renewal of existing dangerous DIY /non-compliant uninsurable businesses with false C.O.C's , call us for reports , insurance claims are out the door if fires erupt and work was proven to be done by by an unsupervised worker not aligned with local law , We also do three phase AC and Solar /PV analysis and inspections- we look for regulatory issues and more concerning- physical safety ignition concerns especially undersized wiring , incorrect lugging and current misunderstanding EG (paralelling 5×5kw batts with 25mm no matter of inverter size but often done with 8.8KW and up . Where they heat up and burn the LFP batts , and yes it al works well until this )

All our work is inspected by at bare minimum an IE as per general supervion per EMA on 3 phase networks.
