🏠Completed project: Full reinforced concrete, off-shutter, and off-grid home in beautiful Breaker Point, Mossel Bay.

Specifications:
This eco home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (of which the main bathroom has a sunroof), and 1 guest toilet.
There is a swimming pool, outdoor sauna and 2 big roof top gardens that will grow to cover the entire section of roof. There are also several indoor and outdoor built-in planter boxes, and a water fountain.
The two braais are also fully reinforced concrete.
All the windows and sliding doors are from Fenster, which uses the latest in European design and technology to ensure complete security, sound and temperature insulation, and durability.
