M Sec Security is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a senior operational leadership position for a disciplined and strategic professional with extensive experience in the security industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational performance, maintaining strict compliance standards, leading teams, and ensuring excellence across all areas of the business.
We are looking for a leader who operates with discipline, accountability, integrity and precision โ and who has the experience and authority to perform in a demanding, high-performance security environment.

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
โข Valid driverโs licence
โข Valid PSIRA Grade A Certificate
โข Statement of Results: Handgun for Business Use
โข Regulation 21 Certificate
โข Armed Response Training Certificate
โข Police Competency Certificate
โข Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
โข Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
โข Minimum 10 yearsโ experience in the security industry
โข Minimum 5 yearsโ management experience in an operational environment

โข TAD โ Tactical Advanced Driving Course
โข TAWS โ Tactical Advanced Weapon Specialist Course
โข CPO CI โ Close Protection Operative Chief Instructor Course
