We can provide our customers with the power and control chassis so they may proceed with wiring while we manufacture the steel and busbar work.

This application was for a 20 kA, 1250A incommer with 3 chiller supply MCCB's for a HVAC industry company.

This is our control panel option. We have two options. One with the screen fitted on the door and an option with a polycarbonate sheet or glass for viewing a screen on the inside of the enclosure.
The draw is sized for a standard keyboard and mouse. Draw option top and or bottom.

This week we completed our last Auxiliary bay MCC for Kusile Power Station.
Bringing the total to 160 MCC's across Medupi, Kusile and Duvha Power Station that have been built by Merlin Engineering. Our journey started in 2012 with our first MCC collected on the 14 Feb 2012, a very proud moment for our company. 8 years later our goals have been met and exceeded our own expectations.
All panels manufactured locally, to IEC61493. Type tested to 50kA/1 sec. SABS test report for arc containment.

All panels manufactured big or small follow the same quality control procedure. We are a SABS approved workshop and manufacture to 1973-1, 1973-3, 1973-8 and IEC61439.
