Who We Are
We’ll assume that you don’t know who we are and what we do, so let’s start from the beginning;
We’re THMS (pronounced Thomas) Projects, but also known as THMS. We’ve been around since July 2017. Project management is the core function of our company, however we are really good at construction.
Why we do, what we do: it’s simple - we love what we get to do, from a small bathroom renovation to a new house being built, we love the process of seeing the old being transformed into the new. Our belief as a company is that the service that we offer is of quality at a higher level - simply put, we build to last.
What we do: project management and construction. Project management covers all the moving parts of a project, from sourcing architects, landscapers, interior designers, plumbers, builders etc to the finer details of a project timeline, scheduling contractors, managing budgets - we get it done and in a professional way. Construction: we have an in-house construction team that are experts in what they do, from concrete work to carpentry, plumbing or plaster, this team is lead by our construction manager who has 30+ years of industry experience.
