Banana Daiquiri by Sutton (2016) is a tall bearded iris. Beautiful butter yellow standards and complex blended falls with butterscotch, yellow, lavender and white. An interesting one!

Another beautiful iris from the cross of Seek The Unique x Jurassic Park. With 10 buds a stalk and beautiful, large, ruffled flowers this seedling puts up quite the show! It is wonderfully rewarding to see maiden blooms on these seedlings.

Maiden bloom of another striking seedling! This cross (Seek The Unique x Jurassic Park) has yielded some great results with big flowers, great stalks and high bud counts. The white wash around the beard in this seedling creates a captivating effect when looking at it from a distance.

A bit weathered but still gorgeous! This iris, Montmarte (Keppel, 2007), is a tall bearded luminata with an extraordinary shine. It’s clear why it’s a D***s medal winner.

Fruit Stripe by Suttons (2008) is a border bearded iris. These look a lot like tall bearded iris but are shorter in stature. This makes them great for windy growing areas. A fun colour combination that looks very different in varying lighting conditions. It is also a rebloomer!

This is a lovely seedling from cross Autumn Breeze x Molokini. Several sister seedlings have opened since and they all share a similar look and similar to the pod parent, Autumn Breeze. This iris is a tall bearded scape height and has a pronounced and lovely sweet fragrance.

We split and lined most of our irises over a year ago. Halloween Halo pictured here, has been the most vigorous grower so far and has been putting on quite a show for the last 4 weeks. This tall bearded iris is by Weiler, registered in 1991.

Latin Lark (Blyth, 1988) is a gorgeous tall bearded iris bred in Australia. Thanks to the similar climate, these Australian irises perform wonderfully.

Endora (Johnson, 2023) is classified as an intermediate bearded iris. These irises are known for being more compact and flowering earlier than tall bearded irises. Beautiful colour combination on this one.

Dream Touch (Roe, 1974) is a gorgeous tall bearded iris adorned in delicate pastel hues. This iris blooms abundantly, providing multiple flowerings throughout the season.
