From high-rise rope access and large commercial projects to residential waterproofing and repairs - the team’s been flat out, in the heat, on the roofs, and getting it done.

This project would never have got off the ground or even have happened if it wasn’t for a very special supporter, who once again went over and beyond anything we could have imagined. Graeme Drury and Protech Building Products who always inspires us to even bigger plans.

Graeme & Protech didn’t just supply the building products but brought onboard the most amazing building contractor Gerhard Hootsen and Ultra Pro - Roofing & Waterproofing

In the words of the Residents : “ WHAT happened when Glitter sourced and got amazing Sponsors on Board who came to our aid… Mid-April saw Graeme and Gerhard doing a walk-about and it was just overwhelming when they mentioned what they had in mind and that most of our needs would be addressed.”

And the magic didn’t end there, with Shane Wiscombe and Asset Fire Protection (www.assetfire.co.za) and Hylton Turner and Zyteq (www.zyteqfire.com) stepping in to provide the most vital and crucial assistance for the safety of the Residents and their Carers.

What an incredible Saturday was had at our Indiana Jones-themed team-building event, hosted at the beautiful D'Aria Winery. It was a smashing success.
A huge thank you to Beach and Bush Team Buildingand Nicky Shadbolt for organizing such a fantastic day. Our team was split into two – Team Ultra and Team Pro – and both teams dove into a day full of laughs, challenges, and competitive spirit.
Congratulations to Team Ultra on the win! 🎉 But in the end, we’re all winners here. Throughout the day, we learned to improve our coordination, communication, planning, and trust while having an absolute blast.
Here’s to many more days of fun and teamwork at Ultra Pro! 🥂

First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere apologies for the delays experienced in turnaround times caused by the amount of heavy rain days throughout June. Mother Nature had her own plans!
Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
We’re starting to get back on track and ready to share the progress!
Today in Somerset West, one of our teams accomplished remarkable work:
✅ Waterproofed the valley and inspected the underlying woodwork
✅ Waterproofed flashings and parapets, with new Viapol membrane
✅ Painted ceilings white, after repairs with Mapei ME110 waterproofing filler
