We are looking for a creative, innovative, and highly motivated Professional Architect to join our
multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and
delivery of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

●
● Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
● Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural design and project implementation.
● Registered as a Professional Architect with the relevant professional council.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
● Strong understanding of building regulations, planning legislation, and construction processes. ● Valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
● Develop design proposals, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
● Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and consultants.
● Conduct site inspections and ensure design compliance during construction.
● Prepare project reports, presentations, and client submissions.
● Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
● Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Competencies
● Exceptional design and visualization skills.
● Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
● Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
