DENRON invites applications for an Admin Assistant.

This is a junior / starting position in our finance department.
Only persons already residing in Plettenberg Bay will be considered for this post.

The requirements of this post are:
• Good overall computer skills – knowledge of Excel / Word / Pastel.
• Excellent record keeping and filing capabilities.
• Good communication skills – be able to speak English and Afrikaans.
• Must be able to work independently as well as of a team.

The duties attached to this post are:
• Data capturing on excel worksheets.
• Sorting paperwork / delivery notes.
• Filing.
• Invoicing on Pastel.
• General office and admin duties.

DENRON invites applications for a vacant post of Debtor’s/Invoice Clerk.

Applicants need to fulfill the following criteria:-
* Only applicants already residing in Plettenberg Bay will be considered.
* A minimum of 3 years 'experience as an invoice clerk or similar,
* Be computer literate and proficient in Excel and Pastel Accounting.

The successful applicant will be based at DENRON’s head office in Plettenberg Bay.
