Yesterday, we were alerted via social media that SANCCOB had run out of water and was in urgent need of assistance.

Settlers Park Primary stepped up and offered free water from their borehole and so we immediately sent our 8 000-litre Bay Projects water cart to collect the water and delivered it to SANCCOB that same afternoon.

A special shout-out as well to Mill Park resident Duncan Palmer, who also offered free water from his private borehole.

This is Ubuntu in action - a community coming together, without hesitation, to help where it’s needed most. 💙

The team is nearing the completion of this project! 🧱

This project involves the construction of three essential buildings for an electrical substation facility. These buildings, crucial for the operation and maintenance of the substation, are designed to meet specific structural and functional requirements.

The project consists of the following:

O&M Building (Operations and Maintenance)
• Size: 480m2
• Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns, face brick walls externally, plastered internally.

IPP Control Building - Complete ✅
• Size: 160m2
• Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns.

Eskom Building - Complete ✅
• Size: 120m2
• Structure: Steel portal, concrete columns, higher specification finish.
