About Us...
In June of 1968 Mr Vincent and Mr Fensham, Port Elizabeth based, qualified and registered quantity surveyors, opened their own consultancy aptly called Vincent & Fensham. Over the years they made a name for themselves in the Eastern Cape area providing their services for both the private and public sectors.
Fast forward 47 years to 2015 and Grant Vincent, following in the footsteps of his father, took over the ownership of Vincent & Fensham. 5 Years later, Grant is still doing outstanding work in the world of Quantity Surveying.
