Position: Qualified Refrigeration Technician / Senior Technician
Location: Port Elizabeth
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration issues, performing repairs or system upgrades as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing on refrigeration units and components.
• Mentor and assist junior technicians.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Certification in refrigeration (Merseta or similar)
• Availability to travel internationally
• Willingness to work weekends / after hours
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Safe handling of refrigerants certification

The Superwall® HF sandwich panel with a external steel sheet, a non-combustible mineral wool core and a joint-geometry for hidden fixing is suited best to meet today’s sophisticated requirements for high-quality façades. The panels can be placed vertically or horizontally and - depending on the insulation thickness - may reach a fire resistance up to 90 minutes.

Additionally, Superwall® HF panels show excellent acoustic insulation behaviour.

For buildings exposed to high wind-suction, horizontal single-span installation is recommended, so possibly needed visible fixing-screws may be covered by pilaster profiles.

Due to the large number of combinations with other panels from our portfolio with polyurethane or glass wool insulation core, it is possible to reach fire-safety, acoustic and thermal requirements at once without any visual impact.

Hipertec® Wall is a sandwich panel with a non-combustible insulation core of mineral wool and is suited best to meet today’s high requirements for fire protection and sound insulation.

Depending on the core thickness, the fire resistance may reach up to 120 minutes.

This sandwich panel with a non-combustible insulation core of mineral wool meets today's high demands for fire protection. According to the guidelines for industrial construction, non-combustible insulation materials are obligatory, particularly for large-surface and multi-storey buildings.

For a core thickness of 100 mm and higher, a fire resistance up to 90 minutes can be reached.

Additionally, Hipertec® Roof panels show exceptional acoustic insulation behaviour.

Thanks to the high quality level of the production process, the interlocking of the joint is perfect and panels up to 25 meters length can be installed rapidly.

To protect the mineral wool core from moisture, a cut back and a protective flashing at the eaves are recommended.
