Your home in Port Elizabeth and Plettenberg
In 2009 Capeco was founded. We grew into a medium company of 15 young passionate persons; all born and bred in Nelson Mandela Bay.
We develop land and construct in: Port Elizabeth: - Pinelands on Circular Drive: A new neighbourhood where today more then 180 families life in a top location with brand new streets and services. The streets of phase 2 were finalised in 2018 and in April 2019 our first units (Harfield) go for sales in phase 2. The civil works of the streets of phase 3 will start in the second half of 2019 and will connectt Pinelands to Overbaakens and A.G. Visser Avenue. More than 400 units will be added to the Pinelands neighbourhood. - Ascot on Heatherbank Road: We are actively working on a first phase of 30 units on this beautiful location in the center of town with some of the most stunning views over the Bay. Plettenberg Bay: - Whale Rock As the developer of Whale Rock we are constructing 10 houses and 20 apartments in the beautiful Whale Rock Gardens and Whale Rock Verde developments at White Caps Way, at the end of Longships. All units are on walking distance from Solar Beach.
