Eight years ago today, on 1 June 2018, we restarted The Workplace Agency. It wasn’t planned. There was no strategic relaunch — just a recommitment to work we had never really stopped doing.

We’ve come to understand that, “the end is where we start from”. What looks like an end and a restart is often simply a continuation — the same convictions, the same way of approaching the work, carried forward into new circumstances.

The Workplace has always been with us as we have continued along. Eight years on, that feels worth acknowledging.
