📢 VACANCY: EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

RGD Projects is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to join our team in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth.

As we undertake turnkey construction and renovation projects, applicants must have strong practical knowledge across all major building trades and be capable of coordinating multiple trades on site.

REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 Minimum 3–5 years proven Foreman/Site Management experience
🔹 Experience managing sites, staff, subcontractors and multiple trades
🔹 Good working knowledge of all major construction trades – essential
🔹 Able to manage quality, productivity and daily site activities
🔹 Hands-on and willing to get involved when required
🔹 Valid driver's licence – NON-NEGOTIABLE
🔹 Reliable, responsible and of sober habits
🔹 Non-smoker preferred

EXPERIENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Preference will be given to mature, experienced candidates who have spent a number of years in the building trade.

💦 Final Touches to this Bathroom Renovation 💦

One of Our return clients was so impressed with us doing his other bathroom renovation and tiling his whole house that he booked us for another full bathroom transformation gave us his keys and went on Holiday - That is the trust and service we build with our clients! Final Paint touchups underway and we hand the keys back on Monday. 👍🏻✅ To a very happy client - who has now booked more work again. 😁

💦 Fiber cement roof Sealed 💦 - The importance of a Proper Waterproofing Contractor - A client called us and had one of his houses roof "Waterproofed" by another "Contractor" one month ago - it was leaking like a sieve and Contractor is nowhere to be found - No Primer - Watered down Roof Paint used - and Membrane done totally wrong an absolute horrible job with only 1 coat on the roof and he was basically the same price as us - We took it all off and started again properly - A month Later and the client Messaged us to say how impressed he was - Not a drop leaking anywhere.
