This driveway had become a serious problem muddy, uneven, eroded and struggling with the PE rain. Every downpour meant more water, more mud and more headaches. 😩💦

So we didn’t just throw paving on top and call it a day.

At Perez Contractors & Civils, the foundation matters. 💪🏼

We prepared the base properly, installed and compacted G5, stabilised where required with cement, got the levels right and finished it off with quality bevel edged concrete pavers with a clean herringbone pattern. 👌🏼

✨ Another Project Successfully Delivered! ✨

At Perez Contractors & Civils, we take pride in transforming spaces and delivering quality workmanship that stands the test of time.

We recently had the privilege of completing a remarkable project for Ocean Engineering, where we transformed an old, cracked tarred surface into something truly spectacular using durable 80mm interlocking paving blocks. The result is a neat, modern, and aesthetically pleasing surface that has completely revitalised the area.

As part of the project, we also installed Fig 4 road kerbs to close off a problematic corner where vehicles frequently spun around and drove onto the surrounding grounds. This practical solution has improved both the appearance and functionality of the site, preventing further damage and enhancing safety.
