What started as a damaged pipe that could likely have been repaired using pipe relining was unfortunately left too long β and the damage escalated.
As you can see, the pipe has now completely collapsed into a void and is no longer structurally intact. At this point, relining is no longer an option, and the only solution is full excavation and pipe replacement.
This is why we always stress the importance of addressing cracked or damaged pipes as early as possible. When caught in time, pipe relining can often prevent major digging and costly repairs.
Acting early can save significant disruption, damage, and expense.
