Hi, I am Jenna 👋🏼
Together with my brother, Mark, we are proud to be part of the second generation leading the Surgeon Group - a family business that has been serving South African homeowners for over four decades.
What many people don't know is that it all started with my father.
Back in 1979, our dad started The Drain Surgeon with a single vehicle, a lot of determination, and a simple belief: if you provide exceptional service and genuinely care about your customers, success will follow.
Over the years, that one business grew into one of South Africa's most recognised home services brands.
Today, the Surgeon Group includes:

And we're just getting started.
My role focuses largely on marketing, brand growth, and helping share the Surgeon Group story.
Mark, our CFO and one of the driving forces behind our franchising division, works closely with franchisees and oversees many of the systems, structures, and support mechanisms that help make our franchise model successful.
Together, we combine different strengths but share the same goal: honouring our father's legacy while creating opportunities for others to build businesses of their own.
Our vision is simple:
To help ordinary South Africans build extraordinary businesses through proven, home-based franchise opportunities.
You don't need to be a plumber, electrician, or aircon technician to own one of our franchises.
What you do need is the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build something of your own - backed by systems, support, training, and a brand that's been trusted for decades.
