Okay yes, obviously the "social media girl" wrote this one 😅

But hear me out, from my own perspective, 17 July was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with this team.

We spent the day playing boeresport (yes, there were sore legs and even sorer egos by the end 😂), and something happens when you're tugging on the same rope, laughing at the same fails, and cheering for people you usually just pass in the hallway with a quick "morning!"

You realize how little you actually know about the people you work next to every single day. The person who greets you at the kettle turns out to be an absolute legend at tug-of-war.

By the end of the day I wasn't just looking at colleagues, I was looking at the entire Multi-Net Machine. Every department, every role, every person, all pulling in the same direction (literally, that day).

That's why I believe Multi-Net invests so much in the whole team. The bonds built on 17 July don't stay on the field, they walk right back into the office with us, into how we collaborate, support each other, and show up on the hard days too.

Here's to more days like this. 🙌
