Grow Group does weekly and monthly garden maintenance for sectional title complexes, estates and schools.

Our services include:
• Turning of flowerbeds
• Manual w**d control in flowerbeds and lawn surfaces
• Selective pruning of trees and shrubs
• Crown lifting of trees (not exceeding 2 meters height)
• General cleaning of garden refuse generated by the service
• Weekly garden refuse removal generated by the service
• Litter control
• Weekly watering of all plant life

With summer upon us, all the plants are looking a bit wilted!
Remember that this is not a reason to over-water!

Set your irrigation controller to run every 2nd day, as this will not only prevent excessive run-off and water wastage, but also help prevent your plants from forming superficial root systems.

The horticultural norm is to put down 25mm of water every week, applied every second day, in a no-rain situation, in the summer months.

Rain-clik/ sensors for irrigation systems!!!
Because we are so blessed this last couple of days with so much rain we want to encourage everybody with a automatic irrigation system to install a rain-click if you do not have one already. This tiny device will switch of your irrigation system automatically when it is raining and it will keep your system off till your soil is dry and turn your irrigation system back on after 2 - 3 days to continue with its irrigation cycle as normal.
