Recent installation of a Reach Stacker Safe Load Indicator (SLI) hydraulic sensing system which ensures accurate loads and enhances the safety of the the machine.

Supplied complete with TS7000 colour touch screen HMI display console, M400 motherboard, two pressure sensors, angle sensor, length sensor spring driven reel and robot warning lights on stainless steel bracket.

The system monitors load and if unsafe (according to rating chart), cuts certain hydraulic functions - boom up and down and tele-out.

Another successful installation of a TS350 hydraulic pressure safe load indication system (SLI / LMI) to a knuckle boom or truck crane with a grab attachment.

System includes touch screen HMI display, two hydraulic pressure sensors, two angle sensors and length sensor (for telescoping boom), motherboard for control and warning light.

We recently completed an installation of a Pipelayer / Sideboom wireless Safe Load Indicator (SLI) to a Shantui SP70Y for one of our long standing clients.

Supplied complete with TS7000 touch screen colour display console, M400 motherboard, wireless loadcell pin at boom tip, A-2-B switch and counterweight (wireless - boom tip), robot warning lights on stainless steel bracket and a proximity sensor for counterweight monitoring.
