Professional kitchen performance, brought home. 🇮🇹

We recently visited Unox HQ in Cadoneghe, Italy, to experience the Unox Casa domestic range alongside the professional UNOX CHEFTOP-X combi oven.

The Casa column design in steel and black is particularly exciting for clients who love to entertain, whether you're hosting 15+ guests or bringing in a private chef or caterer for special occasions.

And, of course, we had to taste the results! A huge thank you to Chef Alessandro and Chef Giola for the wonderful demonstration and delicious meals at the Unox Customer Experience Center.

Thank you too to Unox Berno, Lawrence, Federico and the entire Unox Cadoneghe team for such a warm welcome. 🙏

A little bit rough. A little bit refined. And very much intentional.

We love the mix happening here. The weathered texture of the floor, cool marble, warm timber cabinetry, softly lit glass doors and all those little details that make this bar feel anything but ordinary.

Different textures. Different temperatures. One very considered space.

A little bit of measuring.
A lot of drilling.
A fair amount of dust.
And eventually… a kitchen. 😂

Watch this space go from bare walls and cabinetry carcasses to a finished kitchen, with deep charcoal cabinetry, soft neutral uppers, warm timber and textured glass bringing it all together.

This is the part of the process you don't always get to see, and honestly, it's pretty satisfying.

Tape measures out. Raw texture exposed.

You often see the beautiful finished kitchen.

What you don't always see is everything that happens in between.

The dust, the dismantling, the unexpected obstacles, the problem-solving and getting properly stuck into the process.

There’s something we really enjoy about this part. Watching a much-loved space slowly disappear, making the changes, tackling the challenges and seeing the new kitchen take shape piece by piece.

It's not always pretty, but it’s where the transformation happens.

Sometimes you need to see the before to really appreciate the after.

This apartment kitchen had everything it needed, but the space wasn't quite working as it could. The layout, storage and finishes were ready for a rethink.

Every appliance was considered, every corner put to use, and the design brought together warmth, colour and practicality without making the apartment feel crowded.

Today, Optima Kitchens celebrates 35 years of designing, creating and bringing beautiful spaces to life.

We have so much love and appreciation for our clients, our team, and especially the people and partners who have been part of the Optima journey, some from the very beginning. From project start to finish, and through the decades, you have all helped make Optima what it is today.

What a busy and wonderful year this past one has been. And now, we look forward to everything the next 35 years may bring.
