People say I "spoil" my Team.This is very far from the truth. I'm rewarding them with gratitude for what they do for me and my Business. They work their behinds off to provide for their families. I'm not the easiest Employer that I know of and yet every morning 07:30 they all stand IN front of my gate,ready for another days work. May 2026 was my toughest month ever in the nine years since I registered ED'S Contractors.I called a meeting with my guys,informing them of our "financial situation"I gave them the oportunity to go and seek other employment or stay and getting paid if and when there is money again.The next morning 7:30 the full staff compliment in front of my gate again.Thank you Team ED'S Contractors for you loyalty.We are going to get through this one also,covid could not even stop us,then nothing else will.Praise to the Lord Alone!

So here goes. We removed tiling on a patio to lay new tiling only to find torch on underneath tiling on top of more tiling. We removed the torch on and waterproofed on top of tiling. We then installed new tiling using kilimonjaro adhesive with bonding liquid. We then grouted with a water repellent grouting also mixed with bonding liquid to finish. Now just cosmetic cleaning to be done. Thank you Mandla and team, great job.We also removed the 50mm storm water outlet and replaced with a 110mm outlet.
