This pressure valve was leaking. Water running permanently through the overflow, as seen in the second photo. I opened it to see if I could fix it, but, sadly this one was a gonner. It did well though, it was over twenty years old.

Called out today because the geyser was tripping the house. The fl**ge gasket was the problem. Nothing wrong with the element. See comments under each photo.

I was called to unblock a drain. The manhole on the property was full. Apart from thr tree roots there were wet wipes in the drain. I cannot emphasize enough, do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. Wet wipes and other foreign objects don't dissolve or break up and so they can cause problems in your drain. Toilet paper only, guys.
