Progress has begun at House Lee, Woodlands Estate, with demolition and excavation works now nearing completion.

We have successfully cast approximately 90% of all foundations, marking a strong start to the project. Ground floor works are progressing with the creation of new openings and structural adjustments.

Close coordination with the engineer and architect ensures that all works align precisely with design requirements.

Progress at Meinert Wines, Devon Valley is moving steadily into the final stages.

Internal paintwork preparation and first coats are complete, with final finishes underway. Tiling and ceilings are approximately 80% complete, while external paintwork is progressing rapidly.

This project includes structural alterations, new openings, and full interior upgrades — all coming together as we approach completion.

Work at Meinert Wines, Stellenbosch is moving steadily through the finishing phase.

Interior painting on the ground floor is now 95% complete, ceilings have been installed in the first-floor offices, and tile work has officially started. External plaster is nearly complete, and painting on the existing building has begun.

With 30–40 workers on site, the team is pushing forward while carefully managing ongoing wine production on site.

Great progress at Two Oceans Learning Academy in Grassy Park.

Plaster work is now 95% complete, and the first coat of paint has been applied across large sections of the building. Paving and landscaping have also started, bringing the final vision of the academy to life as the team moves into the final snag phase.

Good progress at House Marais in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch.

This period saw several key milestones completed including internal tiling, pool deck topping, pool plastering, and internal walls and ceilings skimmed and primed.

With around 400m² of floor tiles installed, the interior spaces are taking shape and the team is now focusing on completing the external work.
