Waterproofing issues on tiled concrete decks.
Often waterproofing companies will suggest ripping up all the tiles, topping and old waterproofing to fix a leak. Although this is sometimes the only way to solve a problem, more often than not the problem can be solved by removing only one or two tiles or a row of tiles along the edge of the deck.
See attached photos of a recent job where we've done exactly that.

Leak detection by means of Infrared Thermography. We can probably find a water related problem much better than the next guy. The example shown is of a damp bedroom wall.
We could determine exactly why the wall is damp and therefore quote to repair the root cause and the subsequent damage.
