From fault to fixed. That is the whole job.

An electrical fault on an industrial site is not one problem. It is a chain. A cable fails underground. Protection trips. Production stops. Someone starts excavating in the wrong place. Hours disappear before the real break is even found.

Switchgear runs that chain in order.

Locate it. Cable fault location on high-tension and low-tension cables, with test equipment and GPS pinpointing of underground breaks, plus the repair — not a report that leaves you to find someone else.

Test it. Cable testing and inspection as planned maintenance, so a weak section is found on your schedule, not during a shift.

Repair it. HT and LT switchgear panel diagnostics, repair, refurbishment, supply and installation. Ageing panels fail at the contacts, the mechanisms and the terminations. A proper repair beats another reset.

Maintain it. Mini substations carry the site. They also get ignored until they don’t. Routine and on-demand maintenance, repairs and installations, with infrared scanning for hot spots, loose connections and overloaded circuits before they become failures.

Protect it. Transformer oil is the insulation and the coolant. Moisture, gas and sludge take both away. Onsite purification restores dielectric strength, improves cooling and cuts fire risk — at a fraction of the cost of a failed transformer.

CLEAN OIL. BETTER TRANSFORMER PERFORMANCE.

Transformer oil does two jobs. It insulates. It cools. When either job slips, the transformer runs hotter, trips more often, and moves closer to a failure you did not budget for.

Oil does not stay clean. Moisture, dissolved gas, particles and sludge build up in service. Dielectric strength drops. Cooling gets worse. Heat rises. That is how a serviceable transformer becomes an emergency replacement.

Purification is the intervention between “it still runs” and “it has failed.”

On site, Switchgear cleans and restores the oil by vacuum dehydration, filtration and degassing. Water, gas and solid impurities come out. Insulating strength comes back. Cooling efficiency improves. Fire risk drops. The transformer stays in place — you are not draining, disposing of and replacing a full oil charge unless the oil is genuinely past recovery.

Watch for these signs:
Operating temperature creeping up with no change in load.
Unexplained trips or protection operations.
Oil that looks dark or sludgy on a visual check.
Moisture or poor dielectric results on a routine sample.

A practical rule we give clients: oil analysis at least once a year, and purification on a planned cycle — often every 3 to 5 years, sooner in dusty, hot or high-load environments. Harsh sites do not get the average interval.

The cost comparison is simple. Purification is planned work, usually with a short offline window. A failed transformer is an emergency call-out, parts or a full unit, lost production, and a safety problem. One is a maintenance line. The other is a shutdown.
