1. Must possess a Code 10 Driver's License.
2. Must be of sober habits.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in scaffolding.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Oversee and manage scaffold er****on and dismantling to ensure safety and compliance with SANS regulations.
- Conduct regular scaffold inspections to maintain the integrity and safety of the structures.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders for scaffolding requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to scaffold teams ensuring best practices are followed.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and tools related to scaffold work.
- Ensure timelines and project deadlines related to scaffolding are met.
- Handle any emergencies or issues related to scaffolds swiftly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with safety officers to conduct regular safety drills and training.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all scaffold inspections, incidents, and maintenance tasks.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
- Familiarity with erecting scaffold as per SANS regulations and guidelines.
- Proof of prior training and certification related to scaffold er****on and safety.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ ๐:
- Candidates with skills in scoping scaffold work will be given preference.
- Ability to read and interpret scaffold design and plans.
