We are delighted to establish site at "House Ge**er" Dana Bay.

Scope of work:

Damp ingress from roof.
Clean & paint eaves and facias.

Unwanted result & root cause:

Rain/Dew & strong winds causes shifts in roof tiles, add water to the equation one would find water slowly seeping into the roof structure. In time this would cause mould on ceilings because of constant water ingress.

Solution:

HP clean and sanitize roof tiles against algae growth, seal all overlapping joints and coat with "ProRubber" roof sealer.

Result:

Sealing the entire substrate of the roof structure. This automatically eliminates any chance of damp ingress, due to the flexi roof coating conforming to the sanitized tile shape.

Benefits:

Giving your porous algae covered tiles a smooth & flexible surface water drainage occurs much quicker, protecting the structure underneath.
