Most people only see us when something goes wrong, but what many don't realise is that electrical contractors are effectively on standby 24/7 for genuine emergencies. Whether it's a dangerous fault, a complete power outage, or a situation that poses a risk to people or property, we're always prepared to help when it truly matters.
However, a quotation request, pricing enquiry, or non-urgent electrical issue at 8pm, 10pm, or on a Sunday afternoon is rarely an emergency.
Like everyone else, we have families, children, commitments, and a limited amount of personal time. The hours outside normal business operations are often the only opportunity we have to spend with the people who matter most.
We genuinely appreciate your business and are always happy to assist, but we kindly ask that non-urgent enquiries be directed to normal working hours whenever possible.
A good rule of thumb: ⚡ If there's smoke, sparks, or danger — call immediately. ⚡ If you're looking for a quotation, planning an upgrade, or requesting pricing — it can probably wait until morning.
We're proud to be available when our clients need us, but please allow us the opportunity to be husbands, fathers, and family members for a few hours too.
