Seat shaping is a part of this chair build is that I enjoy and dread. Carving with a tool that could quite easily chew through to much wood in an instant is stressful. A clear mind and trust in oneself is the key.

To get the curve and shape on the arm rest, one needs to cut an angled cove in the stock.
