JOB CREATION IN ZAMBIA - BY CORNERSTONE VOICE OF THE YOUTHS ZAMBIA DIRECTOR

TIME TO LOOK SERIOUSLY INTO OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM SO THAT WE DON'T FOCUS ONLY ON CHILD REMEMBERING EVERYTHING TAUGHT AS A INTELLIGENT CHILD BUT THE ABILITY TO BE CREATIVE ASWELL AS ABILITY TO BE PRODUCTIVE.

In the midst of demand for more food supply in Congo DRC and vastness of the farming land in Zambia we are witnessing Youths lining up in a near stampede situation for a one month job Census.
We have Cooperatives expecting to get empowered i just hope the Youths will utilize the CDF empowerment to create jobs for themselves. We recently saw more Youths clinging to the booths making the City looking dirty in the name of surviving, Zambia is literally failing to meet the demand of food supply in Congo DRC while Youths in Zambia can utilize the current situation and become business empires. But ooooh wait a minute just few weeks ago value addition agriculture outputs Peanut Butter was sized at Kasumbalesa border post by authorities which at the end of the day brings about fear to capitalize on the doorstep opportunity to supply food to our neighboring countries, My appeal to the New Dawn Government is that we can bring back National Service to start Producing large quantities of value addition agriculture outputs to supply to open market which is readily available Congo DRC. Each Provincial camp can employ up to 10,000 Youths to produce all types of food stuffs depending on the Province's ability to produce. The camps may include milling plants, food and beverage Process plants in all the full Production can have different departments starting from plowing, seed, wedding, watering (where position) harvesting, processing, packing and supply.
My assumptions are that these workers from these Production and Supplying camps may have similar salaries like those in the mines wages can even be more than those Chinese mines wages. Youths on their own can only create jobs just to eat very few can even build from their independent businesses.

😭😭 it is regrettably painful to agree to the fact that Criminals are winning everytime, Thugs are scoring their goals everytime while our gallant men in uniform are not. When was the last time we heard that a criminal have been shot down by our men in uniform? 👮but everyday criminals are commiting atrocious activities in our communities, even just to see a chase of these criminals, we used to a chase of taxi drivers i think for over 15 years i have never seen any serious chasing or arrest of any thug in my community. Our homes are having break in every now and then you can not see any Officers even after repotting the matter. This has given these criminals courage to do whatever they want to whoever they want whenever they want to. Please change back to police force until we clean our communities. Even those who are doing these things are known by the people in the community but fear of leaving them unprotected lack of security and seriousness of the men in uniform most cases are not reported. This is the reason why we have reached this level am wondering why most of the posts on facebook people are pretending how have we reached this level. Have you ever called the police in your area and they came to rescue you? The whole past 15 years they have been chasing taxi drivers and not criminals in our neighborhood. More especially when those criminals associated themselves to a political party (Cadres) they became untouchable.
