Foundation up to slab level is the 5th stage of construction. At this stage, it is important to sit down with the client to discuss and agree on the next phase of work, including planning, budgeting, and project progression.

In some cases, clients prefer to complete the entire project at once, while others choose a stage-by-stage approach depending on available finances and planning preferences.

For example, we are constructing a four-bedroom house in Kasisi, near Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, we begin from the foundation stage and proceed up to slab level. After that, we review the project together to confirm the next steps, ensuring everything is well planned before continuing to the upper stages.

At this point, we always encourage a detailed consultation meeting so that all requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon before moving forward.
