Eliminating "Honeycombing": It ensures the concrete flows into every corner and detail of the mold, preventing rough, stone-filled voids known as honeycombing.
Increasing Density and Strength: By removing air voids, you create a denser, more solid mass of concrete, which significantly increases its compressive strength and durability.
Improving Bonding: Vibration helps the concrete fully encapsulate any reinforcement, such as fiberglass mesh or rebar, ensuring a better bond and reducing the risk of internal rusting or cracking over time.

This ensures the final surface is non-porous and perfectly smooth.
The Diamond Polishing Sequence: Achieving a mirror finish requires a systematic progression through increasingly finer diamond-embedded pads, often starting at 100 grit and moving through 400, 800, 1500, and finally 3000+ grit for maximum reflectivity.
