A powerful and insightful presentation by Dr Peter M Mukalula on Program Implementation and Cost Control in Local Government Construction Projects.
Dr Mukalula delivered a compelling message on the critical role of cost discipline, contract administration, and risk management in ensuring successful infrastructure delivery. His emphasis was clear: projects do not fail due to lack of funding alone, but due to weak implementation and poor cost control.

On behalf of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) I will like to thank everyone on this platform who came for the just concluded QSRBN 2026 Annual QS Assembly in Abuja and indeed the AAQS leadership who partnered with us and made the Assembly a genteel congregation. Every event was so colorful with your presence and your expressions.

The open-air Welcome Cocktail, the cozy AAQS Executive Meeting the first of its kind at the NIQS EXECUTIVE CHAMBERS, The Naming ceremony of our Headoffice conducted by our affable AAQS President Matthew Ngulube, the conference proceedings, the exclusive farewell dinner etc.. We appreciate your visit and can’t thank you enough. I believe you have all arrived home safely and I join each of you in thanking The Almighty God for His grace upon our lives and for selecting each of us for His blessings and privilege to congregate at Abuja. It was a pleasure hosting you… 🙏🏽
