Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification – Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 3-5 years’ experience in Construction
• Clean class 4 drivers’ license

You will be responsible to:
• Estimating and procurement
• Prepare a bill of quantities

• Control construction cost
• Evaluate variations orders and changes management
• Measure and prepare final accounts
• Extras and variations relook bill for changes
