1 material schedule (contains materials required in that stage)
2 Bill of quantities ( quantit VS the rate per unit)
3 Labour rate ( Labour rate VS the scope of works)
Before construction proceeds, it is important to establish your borehole to cut water costs of buying and transporting water {essential in all the stages of building}

*Stage 1*.Setting out
Descriptions ( excavation of 150mm of top sois and vegetation)

2 BOQ- $12 for each worker for all PPE requirements.
3 Labour- excavations $1.30 per m2

Descriptions ( shattering, and pouring of concrete)

2) riversand $16 m3, 3/4 stones $30 per cubic, cement $10 per bag, pitsand $11 m3
3) Labour - pouring of 230 x 690mm concrete, $4 per meter
*Stage 4* brickwork
Descriptions (Laying of 770mm high wall over the 230mm footing)
1) Materials schedule: Bricks, Pitsand, Cement ,Impermo for wetlands and mountainous areas, Water

3) Labour - brick laying charged per square meter ( according to BOQ)

Description ( filling of gaps with in situ materials and rabble)

*Stage 6* Concrete Slab
Description( final stage of foundation works, involves laying hard floor)

*Stage 10* Roofworks* Schedule
Option 1 - deck Roofs-Rib and block saves up to 35 % compared to complete concrete Roofs
Option 2 - IBR flat Roofs, - new falt roof design with sheets in place of concrete, can be cobbled to look like a normal concrete roof.
Option 3- tile roofinf- according to engineers design, butterfly, common Roofs etc
NB waterproofing also available for decks
