Celebrating a Legacy of Dedication and Family at Thermacool

In 1995, Thermacool was founded by Jehu Rubaba, Victor Ferreira, and Milan Curkovic, with a team of three dedicated workshop staff. Among them was Mike Siriro, who began as a duct erector. Today, we honor Mike as he retires after nearly three decades as our longest-serving employee—a true testament to perseverance, determination, and loyalty.

Mike’s legacy lives on through his family. His son now leads as our Duct Manufacturing Manager, and his grandson, currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Chinhoyi, continues the tradition by working with us during holidays.

Thermacool is more than a business—it’s a family. Mike, we wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement. We are comforted knowing your family remains part of our journey, and we look forward to seeing you around.
