Older galvanised drains slowing down?

Flushed the basin and shower drains and got them flowing freely again. Offered the option of upgrading to PVC for a longer lasting solution, customer chose to flush for now and that's exactly what we delivered.

Leaking outdoor garden tap — assessed, quoted and fixed properly.

Three clear options given, replace it, cap it off or install correctly in copper secured to the wall. Customer chose copper and that's exactly what we delivered.

Also flagged high water pressure at 790kpa while on site, left a quote for a pressure reduction valve for when they're ready. No rush, no pressure.

Weeds in the gutters and a full bucket of pigeon p**p.

Yep — this one had been left a while. Gutters so full of debris and pigeon mess that weeds had actually taken root and started growing. A full big bucket of material removed before the gutters were even close to clear.

Cleaned everything out and got the water flowing freely again.

Gutters don't clean themselves and pigeons certainly don't help.

Gas passing through an uncapped isolation valve in the ceiling space, completely undetected.

No smell. No visible signs. Just a serious gas fault hidden out of sight above the living area. Found during an inspection, capped off immediately and property made safe.
